The University Band, under the direction of Duane Coston, and the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Director of Bands and Department Chair, Dr. Terry Austin, will perform various works. This will be the final performance by Dr. Austin as he will be retiring from VCU after a distinguished career of thirty-five years. Dr. Justin Alexander will perform a percussion concerto with the Symphonic Winds.
