All ticket sales are final. Purchased tickets may be donated to the box office for student use.
Parking
Deck and Lot Parking
For weekday events, limited parking is available in the conveniently located West Broad Street Parking Deck at the corner of Broad and Harrison. The parking garages are now all 24-hour access, and you can pay by card inside the garage at the kiosk.
For weekday and weekend events, pay-by-space meters are available at the BB lot (925 W. Grace street).

Street Parking
Limited parking is available on the streets surrounding the Singleton Center. Tip: Pay special attention to the parking signs around the Singleton Center. Some spots are prioritized for Fan District permit holders and other spots require a fee for two hours.
Student ticket policy
Many departmental concerts are free to VCU students with a valid ID. Free tickets are issued only until the scheduled concert start time, after which the full ticket price must be paid. Students must present their ID to receive a free ticket. Please note that free tickets are available to students one week before the event date.
Students performing in a concert may not request free tickets. Free student tickets are not available for benefit concerts.
