Membership

Cost

The Commonwealth Society membership fee is $100, which is paid once a year. This fee entitles members access to the book group, brown bag lunches, special lectures, a lower fee on certain special programs and travel opportunities and parking passes for Commonwealth Society events located on campus. In addition, you will be invited to other VCU programs and performances that we think will interest you.

Unless otherwise noted, classes are $75 each and are offered in convenient locations on VCU’s campus. Membership and enrollment in classes are nontransferable. Please remember that class sizes are limited and enrollment classes are on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel a class if there is not sufficient enrollment. There will be no refunds once a class begins. For those registering for one of our travel opportunities, please note that there will be no refunds except in the case of medical situations.

Payment

Membership and course/trip fees for The Commonwealth Society may be made by credit card.
