VCU Music is hosting Daniel Adam Maltz for a three-day residency from September 19 – 21.
Daniel Adam Maltz is a fortepianist based in Vienna, Austria. Critics praise Daniel’s performances for their “broad warmth” with “lavish but tasteful” playing (Classical Sonoma) as well as his “very sensitive phrasing” with “marvelous dynamic contrasts… [that] enabled him to shape his lines beautifully” (Marblehead Current).
Daniel will be hosting a variety of clinics, masterclasses, and performances over the three-day residency; all events will take place in the Sonia Vlahcevic Concert Hall at the Singleton Center for the Performing Arts. A detailed schedule can be found below:
