Beth Davis (she/her) is passionate about teaching voice and empowering singers to unlock their full potential. Before joining the faculty at VCU in 2021, she taught in several other university, theatre and studio settings since 2007. She is experienced with all ages/genres, and is particularly sought after for teaching pop, jazz, and musical theatre (CCM) styles. Beth’s students have received countless roles, awards and acceptances to top classical voice, commercial music and musical theatre programs. Beth holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance/Music Education from Ithaca College and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from California State University, Northridge. She also continues to perform locally. Favorite past roles include: Fiona (Shrek), Susan (title of show), The Witch (Into the Woods), Shelby (The Spitfire Grill) and Heather (Hands on a Hardbody). @bethdavismusic
