About ” The Imaginary Invalid”

Join us in 17th century France where the melodramatic Argan suffers from imagined ills and endless, unnecessary treatments. Argan plans to marry his daughter to a doctor so he can save on his medical bills; however, she’s in love with someone else. Soon the whole household joins in her madcap scheme to save true love and give Argan’s doctors a dose of their own medicine. You can expect “period-ish” costumes and design, physical comedy, and lots of laughs!
