Theatre

The minor in Theatre is available to any VCU student who is not pursuing a BA or BFA in the Department of Theatre. With a wide variety of classes available, this minor can be suited to a student’s interests. Course topics include performance, improv, theatre history, playwriting, costume design, and more. The minor in Theatre offers students many educational opportunities like learning the stage presence of a performer, studying the basics of costume design, or broadening their historical knowledge of theatre and its effects on society.
