VCU Jazz invites you to join us for a celebration of Brazilian music! “Watercolor of Brazil” will take place on Thursday, October 15 at 7:00 PM. The performance features guest artists Bruno Alcalde, guitar, and Laura Ann Singh, vocals; with the VCU Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra, directed by Taylor Barnett; Jazz Sextet, directed by Trey Pollard; and Samba Bateria, directed by Justin Alexander.
The program will feature beloved classics such as “Triste” and “Brasil,” along with new compositions and arrangements by the performers.
Tickets to this performance range between $7-15.
