Rebecca is a designer, visual artist, and educator based in Brooklyn, NY. She currently works as an Art Director at Bloomberg Businessweek, where she specializes in editorial design. She also co-directs Fullservice Office, an NYC-based studio and research practice that develops visual identity systems, websites, books, installations, objects, and other special projects. Before becoming a designer, she worked internationally as a producer and art director in commercial photography.
Rebecca holds an MFA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and completed her undergraduate studies at OCAD University in Toronto and UdK Berlin. She has taught at RISD and Parsons School of Design, and has guest lectured and critiqued at Boston University, Yale School of Art, OCAD University, and other institutions.
Rebecca makes work that examines design tools and processes as they relate to labor and organizational structures, and often integrates performance into her work through experimental videos, live happenings, and workshops. You can read her MFA thesis at performproduce.com.
