Virginia Living is currently offering a hands-on Art Department internship for students interested in magazine layout design, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), production workflow, and both print and digital publishing. Interns assist with page layout, photo research and preparation, production tasks, and special creative projects—gaining experience in the full editorial process from concept to published issue.
As a small creative team, we provide meaningful, real-world involvement in every facet of the art department. The right student will have the opportunity not only to observe, but to actively contribute and have the opportunity to see their work come to life in print.
