InstructorPrint Technician

Brooke Ann Inman is an artist and educator who specializes in intaglio printmaking, screen printing and color. Their personal practice includes writing, drawing, collecting, organization and installation.

Inman currently is a faculty member and the printmaking technician in the Painting and Printmaking Program within the Department of Fine Arts at VCU’s School of the Arts. They also teach workshops in the Richmond community at Studio Two Three.

Their work has been presented in solo exhibitions at Quirk Gallery (Richmond), Starfangled Press (Brevard, North Carolina),  Hunt Gallery (Staunton, Virginia), Ada Gallery (Richmond), Raw & Co. (Cleveland, Ohio), and in numerous group exhibitions including a two-person exhibition at Space 1026 (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania).  They were also the recipient of the summer fellowship artist residency at Zygote Press (Cleveland) and an artist in residency at Parse Nola (New Orleans, Louisiana).

Inman received a B.F.A. in Printmaking from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 2006, and an M.F.A. in Painting and Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008.
