Helping filmmakers discover real music earlier in the creative process. Finding the right music for a film often happens late, under time pressure, and with limited options. Robin was built to change that.

Robin helps filmmakers, editors, and supervisors search real songs from major and independent labels, publishers, and artists using scene descriptions, sonic similarity, lyrics, and creative prompts. It is not a stock music library, and it does not generate music. Robin helps filmmakers discover licensable commercial music that already exists — from real artists, labels, and publishers — so scenes land with the right emotional impact.

As part of the application, filmmakers build a shortlist of tracks that could work in their film.

One selected project will receive a $1,000 cash award to help cover the licensing cost of music discovered through Robin.
