Together Forever is a hazy journey through the littered landscapes of the natural world and the relationship between the modern human body, plastic, and how we are now forever intrinsically and physically linked to our waste. Mixing 2D hand drawn animation with layered video and stop motion, an unnamed character experiences the blurring between her reality and her dreams as she starts to become one with the debris that has invaded her subconscious.
This piece is the most recent installation in my ongoing focus on our relationships to our belongings, waste, and how our consumption can define who we are.
