What was once a home, is nothing more than rotten wood, stripped of its value to the world.

Follows the story of an abandoned home left to rot in the depths of the woods, forgotten by society, as it helplessly witnesses the world progress around it. Through a series of mundane events and encounters with creatures residing within its walls, the idea of displacement and longing is invoked among the viewer, who takes the role of a third entity witnessing the struggle of the house, unable to interfere with the passage of time.

A final project for Pamela Turner’s class in Animation Practices.
