For Vendors

Office of Procurement Services

VCUarts values partnerships with vendors who share our commitment to fostering creativity and innovation. To ensure a seamless collaboration, the university provides a comprehensive vendor resources page through the Office of Procurement Services. This page includes essential information such as how to register as a vendor, procurement policies, payment processes, and guidelines for doing business with VCU.

Register with eVA

eVA is the Commonwealth of Virginia’s online procurement system. Vendors are strongly encouraged to register in eVA. While the University is not absolutely prohibited from doing business with non-eVA-registered firms, there is a definite competitive advantage for eVA-registered suppliers.
