Approximate lead times:

• Social media posts: 5-7 business days
• Faculty/staff profiles: 5-7 business days
• News (online only): 2 weeks
• Newsletter story: 4 weeks
• Photo: 5-7 business day lead time, 2 week delivery timeline
• Video: 5-7 business day lead time, 3 week delivery timeline
• Design Requests: 5-10 business days after all final text and images are received
  • Example design project lead times:
    • posters, postcards, web/social media graphics, swag/promo items: 5 days
    • brochures, booklets, programs, and other multi-page documents: 7-10 days
    • catalogs, books, magazines: 14+ days
• Lead times for print projects above do not include printing or mailing. Plan to add an average of 3-7 additional days for production/mailing.
