As part of Angela’s Pulse’s residency with VCUarts Dance + Choreography, Paloma McGregor and collaborators Christine King, Kayla Hamilton, and Nina Angela Mercer have been developing a new, community-specific iteration of Building a Better Fishtrap / A’we deh ya (All of Us Are Here).
Throughout this process, they have been listening, learning, and creating alongside Richmond Cultural Bearers, Community Leaders, and VCU students. To culminate this developmental period join us, along with VCU and Richmond community members, for an evening of performance and dialogue.
