Steven Hoskins is an associate professor of Graphic Design. He has taught Typography, Interaction, Print, Visual Narrative, courses in the graduate program, and recently core sophomore and junior studios and senior seminars. His professional career spans over 30 years and includes web interface design; print, book and publication design; illustration and video. His work has been exhibited, published, screened, and broadcast internationally. He has taught in the design programs of VCUarts Qatar, Rochester Institute of Technology, Rhode Island School of Design, Towson University, University of Maryland Baltimore County and the Corcoran School of Art. Hoskins earned his MFA in graphic design from Rhode Island School of Design, MA in studio art from Michigan State University, and both his BFA in fine art and BA in journalism and mass communications from New Mexico State University.
