You will study lyric diction and the music education curriculum, which includes choral methods and rehearsal techniques.
Graduates qualify for the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Collegiate Professional Certificate to teach music in public schools. The concentration in music education/vocal-choral requires completing the degree with voice as the primary instrument.
