Admissions Related Communications Request Form

You can request admissions-related projects, including updates to the admissions section of the VCUarts website, email content, document editing and/or proofreading, social media content, etc. Please note that we cannot edit academic department pages. All requests are applicable to the School of the Arts employees only. If necessary, you will be directed to a more appropriate staff member who can assist you. "Timeline" is the time it takes our team to work on a project after we review the project request. Please take this into account when submitting a request and determining a deadline. We reserve the right to request deadline changes and/or modify deadlines as we see fit.

Describe the idea/project in greater detail. Please include any relevant information such as the link to the page you want edited, a brief description of the event, idea, etc., that you want to promote; contact information that will appear in the finished project; anything else you think is relevant.

Target audience info*

Describe your target audience (e.g., prospective students, accepted students, teachers, etc.). If relevant, please include info such as state, country, radius (in miles from a specific zip code), etc.

If you are requesting an update to an existing web page, provide the URL.

If your story is about a person, please include their name and contact information in the fields below.

Are you providing an asset?

You are not required to provide an asset. If you choose not to, an appropriate one will be selected as needed.
