I’ve been teaching for the VCUarts Department of Craft/Material Studies (Glass Casting) and Art Foundation(Space Research) since graduation. Most importantly, I’ve kept up with my artistic career exhibiting at spaces like the VaMOCA, Washington Project for the Arts/Corcoran, Mesa Contemporary Arts center, AZ, and MD Federation for Art. I’ve been invited to teach glass casting workshops throughout the country in places including the Penland School of Crafts, Corning Museum of Glass, and Pittsburgh Glass Center. It’s nice to get paid to travel the country 🙂
When I am in Richmond, I am a part of the artist collective MISC (Mayo Island Studio Collective)- a studio space located on Mayo Island in the Southside.
I’ve just been busy making art & taking in the awesomeness that is Richmond.
