Having grown into a multidisciplinary designer, Brittney’s work spans across branding, physical environments, service design, and digital platforms to create holistic end-to-end user experiences. As Senior Manager of Design Strategy at Marriott International, a company ranked 4th most innovative in the world for design by Fast Co. in 2018, Brittney and her team develop the global vision and aesthetic for brands while driving innovation and advancements in tech-centric guest experiences.

Prior to Marriott, Brittney was a Design Manager at Hilton Worldwide and collaborated closely with top design firms while guiding developments in interior design and architecture and assisting with the evolution of brand narratives and standards. She was also part of the Customer Experience & Innovation team developing bespoke restaurant concepts for Hilton’s Latin American luxury properties and working with Top Chef alumni, as well as leading visual design for brand identities and the UX/UI for enterprise-level web apps.

While in Richmond receiving her BFA in 2013, Brittney worked as an intern turned hospitality designer at Baskervill. One of her most notable projects was the new build Hilton Norfolk at The Main in Norfolk, VA.
