ABC Behavior has a unique job opportunity for your creative art students.  We are looking for young compassionate students who have a heart to help children but don’t know how exactly.  ABC Behavior utilizes Applied BehaviorAnalysis to provide in-home therapy for children with autism and special needs.  It takes compassion.  It takes a great amount of observation and care for the details.  The position is called a Behavior Technician.
ABC‘s Behavior Analysts in Richmond will train the Behavior Technicians in ABA so that they are equipped in ABA.  The technician will collaborate with the analyst to develop different motivational tools for the children.  They will be implementing the program developed by the analyst directly with the special needs children.  It is both immediately satisfying and has a long term career potential.
Our technicians earn between $20-30/hour and can work either part time or full time.  It offers the flexibility that works great for students who are still in undergraduate programs.  We are hoping to be interviewing people over the next two weeks.  And we are looking for approximately 10 positions to be filled.
