You’re doing research, lets hear about it!

Dear Students,
As you may know, UROP (Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program) hosts a “poster” symposium every spring.
Although this event is typically thought of as catering to the sciences, we know as a fact that arts students (YOU!) are conducting research in unconventional ways every day.  Maybe you’re learning more about a material, or an ancient form of dance that relates to your work.  Maybe you’re researching architecture in far away places.  Whatever angle you’ve got, you should share it with the University community.  Its a great way to get your work out there and talk about ideas.
Your research doesn’t fit into a poster format?  That’s great.  It doesn’t have to.
If you would like to participate in the “poster” symposium (or you’re thinking about it and have some questions), applicable dates are below:
Q&A workshops:  February 9th, Room 103 Pollak Building.  Two sessions: 10am and 3pm.  Please RSVP here with Doodle so we know to expect you.
If you have questions and the two sessions conflict with your classes, please let me know.
Deadline for students to submit ‘abstracts’ to Dr. Cunningham: 3/23
Deadline for Dean’s Office to submit ‘abstracts’ to UROP:  4/1
Poster Symposium:  4/25 11am-2pm
