AAPIA & New Surge Productions are teaming up for CINEMASIA, an AAPI film festival from VCU students and alumni! 
First gen and AAPI stories take center stage, alongside an open section for stories from around the world. From international to local films, we look to highlight the diversity in the community we live in at VCU and Richmond.
When: Saturday, February 28 @ 11am-4pm

Submissions are free and form close on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 11:59pm. (Students and Faculty are encouraged and welcomed to submit any films for this festival!)
