Accessible Seating

We offer wheelchair seating as well as wheelchair companion seating, and the box office staff can provide additional seating suggestions based on a patron’s mobility, sight, hearing, and other needs.

Parking

Accessible parking spaces are located in both pay-by-space parking lots located directly across the street (BB lot) and one block east of the Grace Street Theater (HH lot). Additionally there is one accessible street parking space located directly across the street in front of Plaza Artist Materials & Picture Framing.

Assisted Listening Devices

The Grace Street Theater offers assisted listening devices which can be requested prior to the event by calling 804-828-2020. These receivers can be offered with headphones/earbuds or with an audio induction loop that amplifies the theater sound to cochlear implants or telecoil-equipped hearing aids.

Service Animals

Trained service animals are permitted to assist guests inside the theater. Please call the Grace Street Theater at 804-828-2020 when purchasing tickets to your event to allow our staff to accomodate appropriate seating. All other animals are prohibited.
