This workshop will help participants foster relationships characterized by respect and appreciation for difference. More specifically, the workshop will help participants better understand the foundations of diversity and inclusion while creating empathy and understanding for the clients they serve. Participants will leave the engagement with enhanced knowledge in diversity awareness and bias reduction with the motivation and skills necessary to continue working on these issues.
