Many organizations have provided training on microaggressions for their employees with great success. Once employees are aware of microaggressions, they are not always clear on what they can do to reduce the impact of the aggressions in the workplace. This session will provide practical tips and approaches that employees and employers can implement to create microaggression-free workplaces.
