An art history major is the perfect fit for students who have a love of art and learning about other cultures as well as those who like to read, write, and conduct research about the visual arts. While people often think of an art history degree as preparation for museum jobs or teaching, many art history graduates also go on to pursue careers in libraries, public service, law, art conservation, and arts administration, among many others.
