Patrick Carter

Patrick Carter is a conceptual fiber artist and elementary art teacher living in Richmond, Virginia. He holds both a Bachelor’s in Craft and Material Studies and a Master’s in Art Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. Patrick has also spent many summers at Penland School of Crafts in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. Patrick currently teaches youth camps and adult classes at The Visual Arts Center of Richmond, in addition to teaching art in Chesterfield County. You can follow his work on Instagram @patrickcarterart
