Tender Presence, a traveling exhibition curated by Spectral Matter, features work created and curated by many Craft/Material Studies alumni and faculty: Taylor Zarkades King, Vivian Chiu, Corey Pemberton, Adam Atkinson, Everett Hoffman, Andy Lowrie, and Mattie Hinkley. Over the summer, the exhibition was on view at Alma’s, a space run by MFA alum Sarah Mizer. The show is now on view at Penland through Nov 26.
Craft/Material Studies Prof. Bohyun Yoon, in collaboration with VCU Music Prof. Ross Walter, presented a performance at the Singleton Center for Performing Arts.
