Here, creative equals employable.

The VCUarts experience can help you develop your artistic brand, as you discover who you are as a creative. But along with building your craft, you’ll also build your prospects of having a career. Because today, the creative class has taken on newfound recognition for its–believe it or not–practicality.

The arts bolster our economy. Creative thinkers are sought out by employers for bringing new perspectives to their organizations.

At VCUarts, we’re preparing creatives for careers every day.

Here, students learn skills that are applicable and employable. Counselors and faculty members help artists go beyond the curriculum, with programs that connect students with businesses and organizations, internships, and career guidance and connections that last long after the cap and gown are put away.
