Adam N. Justice

Upon graduation, I became an adjunct instructor in Art History at Rappahannock Community College in Warsaw, VA. Simultaneously, I became the galleryaAssociate at VCUarts Anderson Gallery, an instructor of adult art history programs through VCU Outreach and a docent at the Edgar Allan Poe Museum in Richmond. In 2006, I became the curator of art at William King Museum in Abingdon, VA where I was promoted to chief curator in 2009. I was also an adjunct instructor in Art History for two terms at Highlands Community College in Abingdon, VA. In January 2010, I relocated to Lakeland, FL to become the curator of art at Polk Museum of Art. In addition to curatorial, I have also served as juror/judge for various gallery and student exhibitions. I have been approached to serve as an adjunct instructor in Art History at Florida Southern College and look forward to being back in the classroom. I also maintain a home studio and paint during my spare time.
