Calling All Seniors! The VCU Outcomes Survey

Published on May 3, 2017

Below is a condensed message from Dr. Hackett, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.  The university is working to make great strides to better serve students as they translate their education into the world of work.  We can’t do this without your responses to this important outcomes survey!  Please read on if you would like to know more, but in short, when you get the survey emails from Dr. Rao please take a bit of time to complete.  Thank you!

The VCU Outcomes Survey collects information about post-graduation plans from students, including jobs, graduate schools, entrepreneurship, volunteering and more. Student completion of the survey is integral to our university’s career and academic advising and more. The survey takes approximately 5-7 minutes to complete, and contains no personal identifiable information. Additionally, unlike some other surveys, the VCU Outcomes Survey offers students opportunities with each reminder message to use their unique survey links to review or change information.

All emails to students are sent from President Rao (president@vcu.edu). Reminder emails will be sent to students on a monthly basis until October 9, 2017.

One of the best measures of VCU’s success is the success of its graduates, YOU. For questions about the VCU Outcomes Survey, please contact Connie Peyton via cwpeyton@vcu.edu.

Thank you for your help as we work toward ensuring that the VCU Outcomes Survey is a success!

Sincerely,

Gail Hackett, Ph.D.
Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs
