High School Summer Intensive
VCU Summer Intensive is an action-packed residency program for high school students offering exciting fine arts, design arts and performing arts instruction. The 2012 Summer Intensive will be held from July 8th – 27th.
Summer Studio
The Summer Studio Program for sculptors, painters and printmakers who hold an undergraduate degree, is sponsored by the Department of Painting and Printmaking & Sculpture + Extended Media.
Drawing Unplugged
This hands-on studio course is designed to give a serious and structured introduction to the tools, techniques and skills needed to draw the human figure. With a live model, and working closely with the instructor, students will come away with a body of work including portraits and the figure. 2012 dates forthcoming.
