Phillip Tim Williams' performance involves painting, sculpture, movement, music, and comedy on Friday, July 7 on the second floor of The Anderson. The Anderson presents “Reach Out and Touch,” featuring recent alumni from MFA and BFA programs at VCUarts. The six artists in Reach Out and Touch are presenting work in a group show that includes painting, sculpture, installation, performance, photography, digital media and film. Jesús Silva Guitar Scholarship Recital

Recipients of the Jesús Silva Merit Scholarship for classical guitarists will be featured in this recital. Established in 1991, the scholarship is named for Jesús Silva (1914-1996), a world renowned guitar virtuoso, teacher, and Musician Artist-in-Residence at VCU from 1979 to 1982. This free recital will be held in the W.E. Singleton Center's Sonia Vlahcevic Concert Hall.
