The Anderson is pleased to present “Source Fold Compositor,” an installation and performance by art collective MSHR. Exhibitions will take place at the historic Anderson building from Jan. 26, 2018—Mar. 3, 2018, with an opening reception on Friday, Jan. 26, 5-9 p.m. and a special, live performance at 6 p.m.

From February to July, visit the new Virginia Museum of Fine Arts show "The Horse in Ancient Greek Art" and take part in a unique collaboration between the museum and Kinetic Imaging. A group of students from Pam Turner's KI class developed videos and interactive animations that bring the exhibition's ancient equine imagery to life. The annual Undergraduate Juried Exhibition is being updated this year. Rather than the traditional open submission process, we are instituting a new a format in which students submit work in response a juror generated call. This change of format will help produce a more cohesive exhibition, focused around important issues in contemporary practice.
